Keep the lighting natural

Heavy filters and strongly colored lighting can change how your hair looks. Choose an image that represents the color and texture you want to compare.

Follow the app’s photo instructions

If the app asks you to choose a photo, follow the instructions on that screen. Check any file-format or size message it shows before trying another image.

Check the selected image
